Dave Kissel is an award-winning senior marketing executive with extensive experience delivering effective brand communications plans for Fortune 500 clients, leading cross-functional teams at world-class agencies and media companies.
Dave is currently a Global Business Lead at Doyle Dane Bernbach Worldwide, one of the world’s most creative advertising networks. As a partner to McDonald’s in 45 countries, the world’s largest restaurant company is DDB’s biggest multi-national client. Dave is responsible for the global leadership and coordination of the agency’s McDonald’s relationships, helping each office deliver high-impact strategy, content and experiences to measurably grow the McDonald’s brand and business. Dave is a member of DDB Worldwide’s Executive Leadership Team, as well as a member of Omnicom’s Global Client Leadership Team.
Dave transitioned to the Global role after having been a key architect and builder of We Are Unlimited, the DDB-led “Agency of the Future” designed specifically for McDonald’s U.S. by Omnicom. In addition, Dave is the former CEO of, InStadium, a national Nielsen-measured media network consisting of 450+ pro and college sports teams. Under Dave’s leadership, he helped transform InStadium into a multi-media video and gaming platform for major brands. Prior to InStadium, Dave helped create the award-winning agency Zócalo Group, Omnicom’s first dedicated social media agency, a division of Critical Mass.
Danielle Atanda has 24+ years of experience in building strong, customer-centric programs that deliver business results for her clients by identifying and reaching growth and diverse audiences, creating marketing partnerships and engagement strategies, orchestrating custom content initiatives, and driving business performance and agility. She has the proven ability to craft team culture and lead large teams across functions and agencies.
In her most recent role at OMD, Danielle led the integrated media planning and buying function for the U.S. Army for 5+ years. She was named one of Ad Age’s 2021 Leading Women for her efforts in driving Gen Z strategy that delivered results on the U.S. Army. Before taking on the lead media role on the U.S. Army, Danielle served as the Managing Director of Integrated Investment at OMD where she led investment strategies for the Midwest Performance Marketing clients, including State Farm. Danielle built investment strategies that delivered impact for $1BB+ annually.
Prior to OMD, Danielle worked at a recruitment advertising agency for four years, driving performance for Recruitment and B2B advertisers, including Intel, Cisco, The U.S. Department of State and The U.S. Marine Corps. She also worked at Edelman PR, managing online public relations for several clients, including EnjoyIllinois.com, Taco Bell, and Bush’s Beans. Danielle has a MA in Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a BA in Mass Communications from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Michael has a broad strategic background with extensive experience managing large teams and multiple projects from design to completion, including developing and managing local, state, and national campaigns on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and national and international non-profit organizations. He specializes in designing and implementing public affairs and corporate reputation campaigns at the federal and state levels to help companies and trade associations achieve their legislative, regulatory and business growth goals. An effective communicator, he has presented to the C-suite and board of directors at multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Michael designed and managed strategic communications campaigns in many sectors including healthcare, transportation, technology and telecom, sports and entertainment, and financial services among others. Examples of clients have included the National Football League, Crown Castle, UPS, Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Dow, and Airlines for America.
An avid traveler, Michael has spent considerable time in the United Kingdom, France, Morocco, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Italy and Ireland. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, daughter and West Highland Terrier. Fleischer has a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from James Madison University and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America.
Davita Vance-Cooks is a Director and Customer Experience Solution leader at Guidehouse, leading a comprehensive portfolio of strategic consulting engagements within the public sector. She leads a team of multi-disciplined practitioners with expertise in customer strategy, voice-of-customer research and analytics, and human centered design to help clients implement citizen facing solutions. Recognized for excellence in leading strategic planning, change management, and risk mitigation, Davita leverages her analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
Davita spent more than a decade at the Government Publishing Office, rising to Chief of Staff in 2011 and being appointed Agency Director/Agency in 2012. In that role she achieved measurable increases in employee engagement while also being recognized twice by FedScoop on the “DC Top 50 Women in Tech” list.
Ann Davison is a Director within Guidehouse’s public sector practice, leading the firm’s Strategic Communications Community of Practice. Her career has focused on helping executives, organizations, and programs communicate and engage with key stakeholders. In addition to nearly 15 years of service in federal government on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch, she has worked as a consultant with global public relations and management consulting firms, supporting numerous multi-million-dollar integrated communications campaigns to influence behaviors and drive action.
Ms. Davison led the development of thousands of public education and marketing materials; helped organize more than 100 media conferences and public relations events; and integrated the support of numerous audience specialists to help drive self-response to the 2020 Census. She regularly trains and coaches executives and teams to improve individual and team performance.
Tim Nichol is an Associate Director within Guidehouse’s Federal Civilian Agency practice. He is an experienced program and project management professional with 15+ years of experience working on large, successful projects across the federal government ranging from program management offices to grants management to dashboard development. He is a skilled program manager, certified as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM). His skillset chiefly supports executive reporting, budget forecasting, and schedule integration.
Mr. Nichol supported the 2020 Census ICC Program Management Office (PMO) as the Schedule Lead and Business Management Lead for the life of the five-year engagement. In these roles, he developed and implemented processes to help ensure the $650M+ multi-year contract and task orders were executed on cost and on schedule.
